Payment terms at the RIVA online store
The official RIVA online store operates on a 100% prepayment basis.
An order is transferred for processing and preparation for shipment only after payment has been received.
This approach allows us to ensure:
- fast order processing;
- up-to-date product availability;
- stable dispatch times.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in the RIVA online store:
Online payment
- Visa / Mastercard bank cards;
- BLIK (for customers in Poland).
Online payments are confirmed automatically, and the order is immediately sent for processing.
Invoice payment (for salons and B2B)
- payment by invoice based on company details;
- available for salons, studios, and legal entities;
- the invoice is issued after the order is placed and sent electronically.
Order processing begins after the funds are credited to the company’s bank account.
Payment currency
- the main website currency is PLN (Polish zloty);
- for orders from other EU countries, the amount is automatically converted to the equivalent value;
- the exchange rate depends on the payment system or the customer’s bank.
Payment confirmation
- for online payments — automatically immediately after the transaction;
- for invoice payments — after the funds are credited to the bank account.
Important information
- unpaid orders are not reserved;
- the order dispatch time is calculated from the moment payment is confirmed;
- the RIVA online store does not store customers’ bank card details;
- all payments are processed through secure payment systems.

The official RIVA online store provides fast and reliable delivery of professional manicure products throughout Europe.
We cooperate with trusted logistics partners to ensure stable delivery times and transparent conditions.
Delivery within Poland — InPost
Delivery method: InPost (parcel lockers and courier)
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Dispatch: on the day the order is placed if confirmed before 2:00 PM
Free delivery in Poland
- for orders of 350 PLN or more
Delivery across Europe — DHL / DPD
We deliver orders to all European Union countries.
Delivery services:
- DHL
- DPD
Delivery time:
- DHL — 1–5 business days
- DPD — 3–7 business days
Dispatch: on the day the order is confirmed before 2:00 PM
Free delivery across Europe
- for orders of 350 PLN or more
(or the equivalent amount in euros — calculated automatically)
For orders below the free delivery threshold, the delivery cost is calculated automatically in the cart, depending on the destination country and the selected delivery service.
Important information
- all orders are shipped from the official RIVA warehouse within the EU;
- we use only trackable delivery methods;
- after dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
